2) What payment methods do you accept?
All orders are paid through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards. At this time we do not accept money orders, cod, cash or checks.
We do our best to update our site and keep in stock the largest number of products. If a product becomes unavailable between the time of order placement and preparation, the cost will simply be refunded.
Though we do provide seed germination guidelines with all orders. Successful seed germination depends on a number of factors. It is for that reason that we are unable to offer a guarantee. Our best evidence of our company’s quality is demonstrated by the loyalty and satisfaction of our customers and the success of our site.
5) Damaged product
Although we take extra measures to ensure your product arrives in good condition, sometimes a product might get crushed during transportation. Our company policy is to immediately resend the order. We do request that a photo be sent by email documenting the damaged products for our records.
